5. Client projects

When a client connects a Meta or WhatsApp Business account, the client retains ownership and control of its Meta business assets and is responsible for complying with applicable Meta and WhatsApp terms. The client may disconnect the integration, subject to any separate service agreement and the technical consequences of disconnection.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backendbrains OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or general informational content.
